Welcome to MyWheel, an online platform for booking chauffeur services, accommodations, and experiences. By using our website, www.mywheel.uk (“the Website”), and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Introduction
• These Terms govern your use of the Website and all services provided by MyWheel.
• By accessing or using our Website and services, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
• MyWheel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

2. Services
• Chauffeur Services: MyWheel provides users with access to a car rental with a hired driver services, which can be booked online through the Website. Services include hourly bookings, point-to-point transfers, and long-distance services, subject to availability.
Licensed and vetted professional drivers provide these services.
• Accommodations and Experiences: MyWheel collaborates with a network of third-party partners (“Partners”) to provide access to accommodations, tours, and other experiences. We
act solely as a connection platform, facilitating the introduction of customers to Partners.
◦ Responsibilities: MyWheel has no involvement in the agreements, responsibilities, or disputes between customers and Partners. Customers and Partners must resolve all issues, including service quality, payments, and cancellations, directly between themselves.

3. Booking and Payment
• Booking Process: You may book services, including chauffeur services, accommodations, and experiences, through the Website by providing the necessary details.
• Payment: Payments for chauffeur services are processed online via secure payment gateways. Payments for accommodations and experiences may be processed by MyWheel or
directly by the Partner, depending on the arrangement.
• Pricing: Prices for services are displayed at the time of booking and may vary. For accommodations and experiences, prices are determined by the respective Partner and are subject to their policies.
• Cancellation and Refunds:
◦ Chauffeur Services: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time incur no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to a fee.
Refunds are processed within 15 business days.
◦ Accommodations and Experiences: Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective Partner’s terms. MyWheel is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, or other disputes for these services.

4. Greek Ministry of Transport Requirements
As per the provisions of Article 1 of sub-paragraph H.2 of paragraph H of Article One of Law 4093/2012 (Government Gazette A 222):
• Identication Requirement: You must provide your ID number or Passport number when booking chauffeur services in Greece.
• Contractual Terms: The lessee may claim termination of the service at an earlier time, extend it, or withdraw from it, after timely consultation with the lessor and paying the
relevant rent or compensation.
• Digital Platform Registration: Your contract details (name, ID/passport number, and pickup point) will be registered in the Digital Platform of the Ministry of Infrastructure and
Transportation per Ministerial Decision 43618/1925 (Government Gazette B’ 2251/ 11.06.2019).
• Data Deletion: All personal data related to contracts in Greece will be deleted within 24 hours of the contract’s conclusion.

5. User Responsibilities
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services through the Website.
• You must ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations during the use of our services.
• For services provided by Partners, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set by the respective Partner.

6. Liability
• MyWheel’s Role: For accommodations and experiences, MyWheel acts solely as a facilitator, connecting customers with Partners. MyWheel is not liable for any issues,
damages, or disputes arising from these services.
• Chauffeur Services: MyWheel’s liability for chauffeur services is limited as outlined in these Terms.
• Force Majeure: MyWheel is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. For details on how we collect, process, and store your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
• For services booked through www.mywheel.uk, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• For services operating in Greece, the applicable laws will be those of the Greek Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or Greece, as appropriate.
